The course looked like it would be interesting, fun and simple enough to try. I put on weight after I had my child and have been wanting to lose weight, but wasn’t sure where to begin. When I began this course, I had a fair amount of knowledge of how to eat healthy and stay on track with workouts, but could never seem to get control of my cravings (sushi! pizza! pasta!). One of my favorite things about this course was the ease of learning new material - it was easy to pick right up where I had left off.
